I bought these “hotel” sheets hoping they’d stay nice and crisp, like some kind of tiny vacation for my bed. After two washes, though, they turned rough and got all weirdly wrinkled. They’re not completely ruined, which is generous of them, but for the price I definitely expected them to handle laundry a lot better.

I bought a comforter from Hilton to Home because I figured it would feel like the ones at the hotel, or at least be close. It looked nice when it showed up, but after just a few washes it started clumping, and the stitching came loose on one side.
For what they charge, give me a break, I expected it to hold up a lot better than this. It was comfortable at first, but the durability just isn’t there. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Shipping took longer than I expected. I had a feeling it might not arrive as quickly as I hoped, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. It got here eventually, but the wait was a bit disappointing...

I bought this pillow thinking it would have that comfy hotel feel, but it ended up being way too firm for me. it felt almost hard as a rock, and I woke up with neck pain after using it. I’m also a bit confused because the email made it sound like it would be softer or more plush, but that’s not what I received. Disappointed overall.

I ordered a mattress from Hilton To Home thinking it would feel just like the hotel one, and I’m absolutely sure it’s a bit softer than what I had in mind. It feels nice when I first lie down, no question, but the support is more in the middle. Some mornings my back feels totally fine, and other mornings I’m like, yep, this could definitely be firmer. Delivery was okay and nothing was really wrong, so I wouldn’t call it a bad mattress at all. I just expected that hotel-level firm support, and for me it doesn’t quite hit that mark

I bought the Hilton pillows from hiltontohome.com after staying at one of their hotels, because I kept telling myself I only slept well there because I was tired from traveling. Turns out, the pillows actually had a lot to do with it. They’re soft without going totally flat, and they still give my neck enough support, which I’ve had a hard time finding.
Shipping was totally fine and everything showed up packed nicely. They’re definitely not the cheapest pillows, and normally I’d make an excuse to put off buying something like this, but I’ve been waking up with way less neck stiffness, so I’m glad I went for it.

My order did show up in the end, but it was a few days later than I thought it would be. Not a huge disaster or anything, but I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated, which was kind of annoying. I was starting to wonder if it got stuck somewhere, like how my mail sometimes ends up with my neighbor for no reason. Anyway, the items themselves were totally fine once they arrived, so no complaints there. I just wish the delivery part had been a little more dependable.

They feel almost exactly like the ones I slept on during my stay. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but once they arrived, I was happy with them overall.

The pages loaded slowly, the filters were there but didn’t really narrow things down much, and checkout felt more awkward than it needed to. It did take one follow-up on my end, so I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of credit or compensation for the inconvenience, but overall the support experience was good...

I ordered this robe and was weirdly nervous about the size chart, but it ended up being accurate. I picked my usual size and it fits roomy in that hotel-robe kind of way, without the sleeves being massive or awkward.

i’m happy with it. I remember standing in my kitchen wearing it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, which is probably a strange detail, but it was comfy enough that I didn’t want to take it off. 5 stars from me.

I never really trust all the polished company wording about “premium softness” and stuff like that, but these sheets do feel genuinely nice. The fabric is soft without feeling flimsy, and I’ve been comfortable sleeping on them every night...

When they did respond, it felt like the same canned apology over and over instead of actually helping me get it sorted out. For what they charge, I expected the whole thing to be a lot smoother. I probably won’t order from them again unless they seriously fix this.

The box showed up looking great, with no dents or damage that I could see. Everything inside was packed neatly and looked just fine too. I’d say it’s a solid option if you’re hoping for something to arrive safely...
